What to Expect in Your Intro Class
Warm Up
We start every class with dynamic stretches and light cardio to get the body ready and prevent injuries.
Basics
Children learn fundamental Muay Thai stances, footwork, punches, kicks, and defensive movements in a fun, safe environment.
Pads/Bags
Kids get hands-on practice striking pads and bags, applying what they've learned with direct feedback from our expert coaches.
